Perhaps... you know the saying, "it takes brains to have epilepsy". I pray he's ok, but if he does have epilepsy...big deal! I've had it for close to 40 years and I have enjoyed a pretty normal life. I wouldn't wish it on anyone, but it certainly is not the end of the world.

Nothing brings out the idiosyncrasies better than a blind side threat to impeach you or haul you up on perjury charges supposedly because you said you would never go against precedent (which was never pledged).

If the report is true, then this may confirm an epilepsy diagnosis. It takes at least two such seizures before epilepsy can be diagnosed.

My sister in law was taking a diet pill that caused her seizures.

I doubt Roberts was taking diet pills, but it could be a medication he was taking.

If he hasn't had a seizure since 1993, that we know of, there could be many reasons for it.

They have a problem. Many people that are epileptics do just fine. Medications can control it. That said, the left would love to paint him as incapacitated IMOOC. There is just a little bitty problem, doing that. Every heard of the ADA? The NRA, ARP, ACLU etc, are amateurs compared to this group.

I hope it was an isolated event, and that it won't affect his ability to serve on the SCOTUS. You can bet every ruling he makes from now on will generate a chorus of Dem accusations that he's suffered brain damage and can't serve effectively.
