Democrats favor lawsuits against anti-terrorist tipsters To this day, there are competing theories as to what the "flying imams" were really up to when they boarded US Airways Flight 300, bound from Minneapolis to Phoenix last November.

The Muslim clerics -- including a Jordanian-born activist from Tucson, Ariz., named Omar Shahin -- performed their religious observances quite loudly and publicly before boarding the plane. All quite legal and constitutionally protected, of course -- but also well-designed to draw attention to themselves.

Once aboard the plane in Minneapolis, several of the Muslim "scholars" switched from their assigned seats to a pattern associated with the Sept. 11 terror attacks -- two in the front row, first-class (where their tickets gave them no right to be), two in the middle of the plane on the exit aisle, and two in the rear of the cabin, placing them in position to control all routes of entry and exit.

We need less lawyers in US politics and more people with damn COMMON SENSE. Any stree kid over the age of 10 will tell you that the “flying imams” set us all up. It’s SOOOOO obvious. I recommend billboards so America’s commuters can see and read this every day on their way to and from work. Also, send the information all over the Internet. If there was ever a no-brainer it’s this one! If the Republicans had any brains (or balls) they could make tons of political hay out of this.

The Republicans (In the Senate, and the ones running for President) need to get in front of every microphone and TV camera they can find, and simply explain that the Democrats think you ought to be sued if you report suspicious activity. Maybe they should publicly ask She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named or Osama Obama, “Do you think people who report suspicious activity should be protected from lawsuits?”

But I bet none of them does.

It just came to me, they will probably start using Mexicans (Illegals are a protected class after all) or Phillipino’s, and evenWhite American’s to do their dirty work for them. Especially if the Repubs used this. The ink wouldn’t even dry on the paper before the Dum’s would be in full Racist Repub mode.
