Partially correct, but not totally. Besides, political consultants are for the most part just like lawyers who can argue either side, or work for either side but way down deep in there is a basic, fundaMental loyalty to either the left, or the right.

Yes, I've watched lowyers work both sides of the fence for years. Their pitch is always... "who better to rip your adversaries a new one than the guy/gal/firm that did such a good job for them in that area of law that the book we wrote on the subject sits at the elbow of every judge in CA!!!

We didn't whup 'em with that can of whup-asprin, needless to say. The lowyer/author I refer to lives down there with EGD and it's his daughter that threatened President Bush's life and of course daddy stood up for her in the Sacramenna BEE-ESS!!!

So, way down deep, he liked all that GovernMental EnvironMental extremeism they kept trying to force into our County General Plan and knew damn good an well he should have objected to the judge-shopping by the other side, but never did...

This is the legalistic morass we are mired in. Lowyers write the laws, Lowyers elevated to judgeships interpret the laws and EnvironMental Lowyers, allowed by laws they wrote to act as Citizen Attorney Generals, get huge legal fees even when settling with a GovernMental agency instead of going to trial to see if they are going to win or lose!!!
