LONDON (Reuters) - An employment tribunal ordered rock star Sting and his wife Trudie Styler to pay 24,944 pounds in compensation on Tuesday for wrongfully dismissing their former chef.
Jane Martin, who cooked for Sting and his family at their country estate in England, filed a claim in July last year saying she had been sacked by Styler after revealing she was pregnant.

Here I thought good lieberals could do no wrong. I stand corrected.
The wife going after the housekeeper for getting pregnant makes me wonder who the father is.
This could just be the canary in a coalmine. I wonder if she’s the general’s daughter?
Who cares? I certainly don’t. About time he reunited with THE POLICE. Can’t wait to see ‘em.
LOL !!!
I wonder if Trudie was “Driven to Tears.”
There’s a picture of Sting’s wife at the link - GUILTY
Don’t know, but I’ll bet the cook is walking on the moon over the award.
At some point Trudie looked at her and said “Don’t Stand So Close to Me.”
Hilarious!
I read some time back that Sting pays his band union scale and is tighter than a tic while Stevie Wonder paid health benefits-bought his band guys houses and paid very well. So I believe this. I have read more than once Sting VERY frugal - on the order of McCartney! Don’t you think all of the libs are complete hypocrits? I do. Do as I say not as I do!
If you love somebody...set them free.
Boy, Trudie hasn’t aged very well...
The cook was sending out an SOS........ the court got her message in a bottle
I don’t know too much about Sting other than his music but NIMBY is my favorite term for liberal hypocrisy.
So Sting should spell it Stinge?
I know I hate it when my personal chef turns up pregnant.
