Illegal aliens announce “campaign of resistance”

Hours after the Senate voted against advancing the immigration reform project, the Mexican activist Elvira Arellano announced a campaign of resistance against the U.S. government.

In a written statement, the leader of the movement Familia Unida (United Family) said that “if the Democrats and the Republicans cannot summon the courage to fix the broken law we will not sit quietly and see our families and our children cut to pieces on the broken pieces of that broken law.”

She demanded an immediate moratorium on all raids and deportations.

Arellano, who has remained in a Northwest Side church since August 15 to avoid an order of deportation, said this would be the deadline the government will have to “revive and pass a comprehensive immigration reform.” Otherwise, pro-immigrant organizers will begin a campaign “aimed at bringing this government and this economy to a halt.”

Representatives from the Centro Sin Fronteras and the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights also announced this morning they were prepared to take “economic actions” against corporations that support anti immigrant legislators and programming.

Also, a massive concentration of families and children is scheduled for July 17 in Washington D.C. to “confront the leaders of both parties and the President.”

We have prisoners at Gitmo that we want to repatriate, but their home countries refuse to accept them. What if Mexico decides to refuse to accept the illegals?

We don’t give them a choice in the matter, we shove them through the gate one at a time.

After that they can treat their citizenry however they choose.

Both Jose & Pancho panhandle at the same freeway offramp in California.

Jose drives a nice SUV, lives in a mortgage free house & has sufficient spending money.

While Pancho has a junker car, takes in little money, & lives in a condemned building with his wife and 6 children.

He’d been puzzling over the differences the Gringos made in them, & finally asked Jose why he carried home a bag filled with $10 bills every day, while he, Pancho, only took in between $5 and $10 per day.

Jose grinned, “Pancho, read your sign!”

Pancho held it in front of his face & slowly read, “I got no work. I got wife & 6 childrens. We are hungry. Need food.”

Jose said, “Now, Pancho, read MY sign!”

And Pancho read, “My name Jose. I miss my country. I only need another $10 to move back to Mexico !”

Well, one thing’s for sure, they can’t possibly get anything more than what that immigration bill promised them.

Where is the money coming from, outside grants from our govt? Where are the present illegals arriving at $1000 to $2000 per head getting the money? Are they being subsidized by Mexico, drug runners, or friends/relatives over here?--or maybe even Am. business?

Their revolt will just make more Americans aware of the problem and strengthen the will of our citizens to be rid of them. This woman needs to be deported, NOW!

You have to give them hope to keep them happy while in camp. Whatever happens after the wall is built, might be a hard lesson in tough luck.

If they go back to Mexico they can live as one big happy family.

Alternately, go back to Mexico and emigrate legally as one family. Simple. The tools have always been there. Use 'em.

The illegals are preparing for:

Revolution
Declaration
Session

Just pick the order to be accomplished. They believe the SW belongs to them and are preparing to cause some pain for the US and her citizens.

If the gov't won't give me tax relief on the costs of gasoline, why should they listen to her demands of a moratorium???

It won’t take much for our testicularly-challenged government to give in and let them do whatever they want.

Otherwise, pro-immigrant organizers will begin a campaign “aimed at bringing this government and this economy to a halt.”

"Bring it all down, man." A 1960s Rat.

The Eugene McCarthy-George McGovern-New Left Rats of the 1960s tried desperately to spark a race war -- but alas (for them) we were above everything else, all Americans.

Not so with millions and millions of citizens of other countries living ILLEGALLY in our country -- many of whom have zero concern for the United States of America.

Al Gore himself stopped the Rat Party (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party) from stirring up race riots during the 2000 Florida squabble.

The Rats get yet another chance to "Bring it all down, man." This time they don't have the backing of the MSM like the 1960s and 70s -- this time they are the MSM. This time they are the Democratic Party, this time they have dupes many of whom hate Americans. . . .

I think we, at FreeRepublic, ought petition the IRS to do just that to the “church” and petition USCIS to go get that woman and, if need be, drag her out by her ankles.

Threats to the United States by illegal aliens is not tolerable. That, IMO, places them in the same position as that of foreign enemies.

Yeah! There ought to be a law!

Wha..? There was!?

Never mind (in my best Emily Latella voice.)

Now that I think about it, Gilda Radner was finished with SNL before Sarbanes-Oxley was introduced. Man, I’m getting old.
