(Angus Reid Global Monitor) - Many adults in the United States think the global effort to fight terrorism is not progressing adequately, according to a poll by Princeton Survey Research Associates released by Newsweek. 52 per cent of respondents think the U.S. is losing the fight against al-Qaeda or radical Islamic terrorism.

People dont like to loose, people dont like having our boys /gals fight with hands tied...
So as the over clished Einstein thing goes, expecting the same result from years of PC would qualify you as a fool...
This is why I always say that we pronounce the death of the MSM at our own peril.
We may mock them, but they still shape issues nationally.
Hey, America!!!
We don’t have a choice here!!!
We are forced to fight until we win!!!
In this area Bush has done what has to be done: We haven’t had another 9/11, and I’ll credit our brave soldiers with this. That was the whole reason our soldiers went to the enemy: SO THE ENEMY COULD NOT COME BACK TO US!
Why doesnt anyone ask the American poublic on what their views are as to why this war isnt going well.
I can tell you its because Number one the Congress of the US is divided and the democrat side is hoping we lose.
They are defeatists.
Also we are fighintg a PC war. A war in which we are trying to make friends with the enemy. We have to forget that friend crap and start killing these people who would attack us. No Quarter.
We need to seek out and destroy anyone who would give weapons or training to our enemy, and yes I mean defeat Iran if thast what it takse ,adn i dont mean defeat them by sending in troops I mean bomb them back into the tenth century, where most of them are anyway.
pacifist presstitute drivel
The shooting war should be against such pacifists
“People dont like to loose, people dont like having our boys /gals fight with hands tied...”
How can you possibly expect to win when you invite them to come live with you? Just visit any international airport and see how many Muslims arrive on international flights each day.
What is with our government? Are they stupid or are they a bunch of secret Muslim converts?
“In this area Bush has done what has to be done: We havent had another 9/11..”
Is that how you measure success? Will you change your opinion if tomorrow the roof caves in? No, we are not fighting the war properly. Do you see any of our fighting men and women captured and being fed three square meals a day by Al-Qaeda the way we coddle them in Gitmo? While Al-Qaeda fights a total war, we place all kinds of restraints on our “rules of engagement”.
First of all, you have to ask who they are polling? I bet I could take a poll and you would find that the American people are sick of our government and their hand wringing and hand tying when it come to dealing with the enemy.
Oh boy!
Another “poll” - another “study”
Suuuuuure, I believe it.
Have I ever told you guys that 62.2948% of all statistics in the MSM are meaningless or just flat out made up?
that book will truely change your worldview.. the way you view Muslims (every book i read about them makes me dispise even more than i already did), and especially the way you view Biblical Prophecy.
The American public needs to study more US military history.
In Nov. 1950 the US 31st RCT was destroyed in 5 days on the east side of the Chosin Resorvoir.
Only 385 doggies out of 3,000 escaped to the 1st Marine perimeter where Chesty Puller threatened to shoot them if they withdrew as much as a foot from their assingned positions.
That was a war going badly.
If Iraq were going as badly as Viet Nam there would be about 23,000 US dead after 4 years.
Shouldn’t the headline say, “Demcrats say, we want America to lose?”
people dont like having our boys /gals fight with hands tied.”

Yep, I have a problem with that too. Enough of this PC garbage, we need to put up or shut up.
I think the combo of competitive politics and the sensationalism of dying media provide a very strange and trivial coverage of a mostly successful venture. People who are failing, though, hate success the most.
the simplest answers are often correct
Nah, its not a real war anyway, its a “Bumper sticker war.” John Edwards said so! God help us if he ever becomes POTUS.
Totally agree. For crying out loud, they’re still kingmaking on who’s a major candidate. That’s hardly the work of a dead thing.
