Gore says the protesters' cries of "Get Out of Cheney's House" (a reference to Bush's vice presidential nominee, Dick Cheney, who would take residence there upon being inaugurated) drove her mother, Tipper, to play nature sounds on a CD player to distract the family from the sounds of the protesters.Had to play nature sounds on a CD player??? Oh, the humanity!

How often do you think back to the 2000 election? As little as possible.
Obviously that's not true, otherwise she wouldn't be bringing this up NOW, 7 years LATER. Geez get over 2000 already. It's history. You lost. Suck it up. Whining about it isn't going to change something that happened nearly a decade ago.

The 2000 election was a major turning point for me. I found Gore’s conduct despicable and finally realized that the Demo-rats simply hunger after power for power’s sake alone. I’ve never looked back!
