Whoops just read my post again and it did not make sense
I meant to say in Britain if you take the Also you take the EU out of the argument we still have many Kosovans and Africans most of which are illegal.
Currently we are getting somewhere in the neighborhood of 800,000 to double that, it's really unknown since they are all sneaking in and we really don't know.
We should be picking the best of the brains from around the world instead of the lowest of the low from Mexico and Central America. To ignore the brightest of the bright who would come to this country in a heart beat simply is destroying the country, breaking the law, and the worst of racist policies we have every submitted to,IMHO.

Good read:
Big battle, small news
Imagine it’s June 7, 1944, the day after the D-Day invasion. You pick up your newspaper. There’s no mention of Normandy on the front page, and only a brief reference to it in a roundup story on an inside page.

My fingers are not moving as fast as my brain - third time lucky
If you take the EU out of the argument we still have many Kosovans and Africans in Britain most of which are illegal.
Bill Kristol: “Why are we even talking about Michael Bloomberg? Because he’s rich.”
We need to fix our campaign finance laws...Kristol is right about that.
Sorry, Buchanan is not your best representative. I note that you do not make a comment about his past willingness to get tough with Israel.
In your own link provided, he laments the loss of the American culture. I can also recall many a time where he lambastes the hispanic influence. I have no issue with legal immigrants coming from whereever they may come from, I certainly support the removal of gov’t translation funding, but I also have no problem with stores set up in a non English language, which he does have a problem with.
Relative to free trade, government should get out of the way and let it happen. Any government involvement will only make it harder for trade to happen. If consumers want to boycott, that’s great. It was very effective when consumers boycotted products from France. Why create a coercive structure?
Some of us don’t see the Country’s demise by having Paco wahing cars in the carwash or mowing cooperate lawns. Some just see hard working Mexicans doing jobs that nobody else wants to or can afford to do, Black or White.
You guys see Brown hordes polluting our land when in fact many businesses need those people to make their businesses run. We have aborted 40 million entry level workers in the past 40 years and now we have a shortage of those workers.

Many of these jobs are being offered because illegals represent a cheap, exploitable source of labor. They can be paid lower wages and receive fewer social benefits, at least initially. I believe that many of the poor and uneducated of Latin America will still come because it is better to be poor in America than in the failed countries of Latin America and their corrupt governments.
"This situation is unique for the United States and the world. No other First World country has such an extensive land frontier with a Third World country. The significance of the long Mexican-U.S. border is enhanced by the economic differences between the two countries. The income gap between the United States and Mexico, Stanford University historian David Kennedy has pointed out, is the largest between any two contiguous countries in the world.
The reason why they are not taking those jobs IMHO needs to be tackled then look at how many extra people you need and a way of regulating them either using those already in the US or bring in others legally.
Our current legal immigration laws need to be changed so that we can bring in the kinds of people we need in the numbers we need to help our economy.
So we should bring in the brightest of the bright to pick the crops?? How stupid would that be??

LONDON (AP) Tony Blair says he has handed control of Britain’s governing Labour party to Gordon Brown.
It was pretty unbelievable, wasn't it.
Nixon was not half the villian he was made out to be.
William Tecumseh Sherman-
“I hate newspapermen. They come into camp and pick up their camp rumors and print them as facts. I regard them as spies, which, in truth, they are. If I killed them all there would be news from Hell before breakfast.”
“I think I understand what military fame is; to be killed on the field of battle and have your name misspelled in the newspapers.”
HellaryCare couldn’t shine Scoop Jackson’s shoes!! Lieberman is the closest the Dims have to what used to be a Party of pro defense patriots.
The Wicked Witch of the East hates the military.

We are taking in 1.1 million legal immigrants annually and 500,000 to 1 million illegally.
We were flipping channels and heard it--couldn't believe our ears...or that we were watching CNN and heard this exchange.
Thank you Bahbah! I am sorry that he is stepping down although we do not have to live through his domestic policies.
