Iraq doesn’t need to hang evil people or to have an electric chair. They need electric bleachers. All of those who use car bombs to kill masses of people should be made to sit on these bleachers. Mass murder is still being used against the Iraqi people. Their government must kill these killers expeditiously; they should be using special courts and summarily executing anyone involved in planting bombs designed to kill mass numbers of people.
