A new Gallup Poll will only reinforce those who claim that while the rich get richer most Americans don't feel they are sharing in the growth in our economy. The stock market may be climbing and the unemployment remains relatively low, but 7 in 10 Americans believe the economy is getting worse -- the most negative reading in nearly six years.

This credit cycle is coming to an end as long term rates head back up for the first time in 25 years.

The statements attributed to Ms. Pelosi are obvious exaggerations - few people are that stupid, not even her. But they do reflect the general sentiments of many in the communist/socialist camp. Such beliefs reflect a level of economic ignorance that can only be obtained through a combination of public education and modern journalism.
I should qualify my statement that the public schools are good here: The High Schools are good.... earlier levels, not so much.
One thing you can look forward to: Some day, you will be able to sell your house, move somewhere smaller, or somewhere else... and pay cash. So... you’ll be able to live with no house payment. Maybe, even with some money in the bank. So, maybe you are actually saving for retirement.
What price to pay for home? For family?? ;-)
