A middle school teacher in Prescott, Wis. has been fired and the Pierce County Sheriff is investigating claims she had sex with a 13-year old student.
"It's just shocking to hit Prescott like this," said Tom Riley a Prescott resident.
The 38-year old woman was a substitute at Prescott Middle School.
The student's father says he found the two having a middle of the night rendezvous together at the teacher's home after the boy stole his mother's car.
Sources said the woman's husband, and 13-year-old daughter were home at the time.
The father filed a restraining order which claims the two had sexual intercourse.
He says he has copies of e-mails between the two.
Zach Simones, who coached the 13-year-old boy on the 7th grade football team, said he is sickened by the incident.
"He was dating the lady's 13-year-old daughter before this happened," said Zach Simones, the boy's football coach.
The woman taught at both the middle and high schools, but the superintendent says his investigation has turned up no other students who were involved with this woman.
The school superintendent also said the teacher and student did not meet in the classroom.
The Pierce County Sheriff confirms that they are investigating.
If she is ugly, she'll get 10 years. If she is pretty, she will get probation.

Gross and this is not funny. Any adult attracted to a 13 yo is SICK and that’s sick behavior.
The article stated that the boy was also dating the Mom’s 13 year old daughter.....
A logical place for the Dad to start looking under the circumstances.....

I'd say that they're pretty good. Some of the sexiest women that I've ever met are that age or older.

Dontcha you know. Rape and sexual impropriety is only a problem if the perpetrator is ugly. It’s those situational ethics that have been shoved down everybody’s throats for so long.

When I was dating many years ago I always got along with the girls' mothers much better than I did with their fathers, who usually made no secret of how he felt about me dating his innocent darling daughter. But I never got along with any of those mothers NEARLY as well as the kid in this article did.

I don't know where the whole 'cougars' thing came from but, for some reason, I find it more than a little bit irritating.

I personally don’t find the older ladies as attractive versus the ones in the more prime marriage sector in the early 30s ballpark. But I understand the older lasses are more uh hem, straight forward not to mention reasonable. And some guys really like that.
