“If letter writing and “petitioning” still worked as it should, we wouldn’t be having this discussion.”
And if everyone understood the meaning of the word ‘illegal’ we wouldn’t be having this discussion as well.
Do you have a specific, exact quote and venue for Alexander’s statement? I really would like to shove it down the throats of the flunkies on the phone.
CALL! CALL! CALL! CALL! AND KEEP CALLING TILL THE LINES FRY!
WRITE! WRITE! WRITE! WRITE! TILL YOU RUN OUT OF INK IN YOUR PEN!
Bombard the Democrats as well, especially the ones that ran on an anti illegal immigration plank and the ones in marginal districts who could be vulnerable. keep pounding on them. This is a bipartisan issue not a Conservative or Liberal issue BUT AN AMERICAN issue.
BTTT!!!
BTTT
I know Democrats who strongly oppose the bill. One of them supported Senator Webb of Virginia and said that Webb does take seriously phone calls and letters on this bill. He said if Webb supports the bill, he will never vote for him.
Black leaders should be screaming against this bill. It will hurt most Americans, including African-Americans. Carol M. Swain wrote a column on this: "Illegal immigration's harmful effects," May 25, '07.
“If you start pointing out how much better off theyd be, upsettign the current dung cart and trading it in for a real apple cart starts to look a lot more viable.”
I talked to 2 cops at a Circle K a few days ago. They were discussing Kyl, and the amnesty bill. The cops both said that if we were to have a street war, the cops would back the citizens, NOT the illegals! Of course, this is Arizona.
That makes sense because I keep hearing the black caucus is opposed to this bill!
Sen Corker and Alexander from TN dont want people to fight against this ANESTY Bill...
We are being told to discuss taxes or something else
Whoops thats AMNESTY Bill
Its still all wrong
Just say NO to Illegal Alien Amnesty!! Keep calling!! Its NOT OVER!!
