Call and e-mail your senators today, Republicans and Democrats, urging them not to table debate on this critical piece of legislation.
It deserves a fair and open debate of all ramifications. To do otherwise is unamerican.
Ask them to vote "NO" on cloture.
Keep bumping this to the top.
Today is the day.
That would be something, given that his wife is Elaine Chao, President Bush's Secretary of Labor, and one of the few Cabinet members to stay for both terms.

Thus, Reid himself will vote against cloture this morning, then move to reconsider, and try to force a second cloture vote tonight.
By voicing, faxing, and e-mailing, we are having the desired effect. Pass to all of your friends - no let-up.
Tons of petitions exist on websites. Blast faxes, etc.,etc.,etc...None have done a damn bit of good. The fix is in, and if you want to make an attempt, then contact your rep directly, and to hell with signing petitions.
McCain, the only thing good about the potential passage of this bill will be your realization that the Dems used you like the bitch you are.
I can assure you that the fix is not in, and this defeatist attitude is harmful.

This should have been passed. It would even the playing field for american workers paying the taxes to pay for these Zs healthcare.
It’s an insult to compete with someone (who came here illegal) who you are paying taxes for their healthcare. Besides, don’t democrats call job employer mandates ‘love’? How did they not vote for this?
