We will agree to disagree. He wasn’t blaming Bush.
It comes on here next. I'll try to pay attention.
“John Edwards might be caught in a dilemma because he does not believe that there is actually a war on terror...”
John Edwards, what a loser, I sincerely hope he’s the dems’ nominee next year, would be a cake walk.
Sounds fair and reasonable to me. Isn’t it funny how grown-ups can see things differently, discuss them politely, and agree with the different interpretations?
Like me, you must be a conservative and an adult! :-)
To an extent that is true but a President has to delegate and if people that are employed to do this are not doing their job it hardly the President's fault.
DNC might try to split the GOP via a 3P ... “anti-immigrant platform”
Law abiding, legal immigrants are welcome under our traditional citizenship laws.
Accordint to Republican strategist, Mike Murphy, all you really have to do is talk about “change” to run in this election.
This group that Timmy has is extremely unimpressive and I am including Mary Matlin in that. I think the candidates would be well advised to line the whole group up against a wall and do away with them.
Thanks, Rod. My pleasure.
The problem is that many conservatives are getting so worked up over it that it is coming over as anti immigrant even if many do not mean it to.
I am expecting new innovative ways for locals to deal with the invasion at the local level. Federal control can go just so far before many local cities have had enough.
The hugh and cry from locals is what will change the day for those desirous of maintaining their standard of living.
What we will wind up with in the US are sanctuary cities that are not worth living in,visiting, or having anything to do with and those cities that have a quality of life that locals are willing to stand up and fight for.
The ACLU and other organizations that would destroy our way of life will soon find themselves legally countered by well funded groups hiring great legal minds throughout the country to stop the invasion of their cities and towns.
Now I know one more reason why I never cared for mcphee.
Agreed that Newt has problems lately, but I thank him for his indecisiveness re: his presidential plans, which I believe opened the door for Fred Thompson. Conversely, Thompson will shut the door for Newt.
Thanks for the report bahbah. I don’t watch fat tim; he is a proven liar and I can’t stomach him.
The panel on FNC is discussing Fred’s upcoming entry into the race. BTW: Kristol just said Mary Matilin IS working for Fred.
We’re on the same page, rodguy, re: Ingraham. She seems pretty right on most of the time.
Ouch!
You mean like this one that got passed during Gingrich's speakership -- which is why we are doing Comprehensive Immigration again?
1996 Immigration Reform Law Addressed concerns about illegal immigration through a variety of law enforcement measures, including increased border control personnel, equipment and technology. Doubled, for example, the number of border patrol agents from 5,175 in 1996 to almost 10,000 by 2000. Confronted concerns about illegal immigrants access to government benefits by making undocumented immigrants ineligible for Social Security benefits Illegal immigrants still currently enter the U.S. at an estimated rate of 300,000 per year. Seven million illegal immigrants are currently estimated to be living in the U.S.

Bob Shrum believes that algore won the 2000 election and that jon carry was a great candidate. The only reason he’s not running now is because of a bad joke.
Hah hah, jon carry IS the bad joke.
Sorry, but the buck stops in the WH. If people are not carrying out your orders, you fire them and get new people who will. This is a matter of national security. The sad truth is the WH is against building a fence and an enforcement first approach. It has been almost six years since 9/11.
