My wife is from Mexico. She came here legally. She went to school here legally and paid out of state tuition. She lives the American dream and did it the correct and legal way. She is mad as hell about this bill.

The Bible has something to say, about selling one's birthright for a mess of pottage. Your wife is to be commended. She is an American through and through now, and toiled to become one and to thrive. Her efforts are being sorely devalued by this bill.

It’s like the proud day of my naturalization ceremony was a farse and the document not worth anything...
Millions of us feel the same but few are ever interviewed...
We have no voice while illegal aliens are called “immigrants” and supposed speak for all...

I don’t blame her. If I had been a legal immigrant who did everything by the book, I would be mad. I would think why do they get a pass, when I didn’t? As a native-born citizen, I am furious. I think how come I have to follow laws, when these illegals don’t have to?
