Hey Nord, Hunter has the facts not a talking point guy.
His son is leaving in a few weeks for his third tour in Iraq.

Cute.
What army are you a member of?

It sounded like [Romney] didn't want folks walking around with concealed sawed off shot guns.
Actually, it sounded like he doesn't want people to have AR-15s in their own homes. That's what the Assault Weapons Ban is about.

So...you want the right to carry a sawed off shot gun??? The sawed off shotgun is already illegal, it's considered a distructive device.

THompson was more sane last debate, but he’s gone muttery and weird this one, can’t give a straight answer.
I cannot vote for a tax raiser, which Huckabee is unquestionably.

Of the candidates on stage, Rudy has my vote. If Fred Thompson comes in (candidate C), he will get my vote.

Why? You want to carry an assault weapon? To be honest, it's not your business or the governments.
Romney don't get my vote, he's clearly anti-2nd, and the guy from NY is a lite weight when it comes to hard questions. He proved it tonight, he runs from the tough questions.

The slavery-abortion analog!!!!!!!!!
That's valid on so many levels.

What do you think the second amendment means?
To: Pyro7480
Rudy has adopted the Log Cabin mantra “Keep government out of people’s lives” and trying to call it “conservatism” to justify the homosexual agenda and abortion.
Since when is the “anything goes” mentality conservative? Rudy will destroy the conservative movement and the GOP if he is the nominee.

No it doesn’t - any more than my right to privacy covering my right to (since firearms will be banned) stab someone in the privacy of my bedroom.

So...you want the right to carry a sawed off shot gun??? I have two for sale, one is a $5.00 NFA tax, the other is $200.00 transfer tax. Lots of paperwork, but HELL YES. I WANT THE RIGHT TO CARRY ANYTHING I CAN
BEAR.
Words mean things. Look at the Bill of Rights, look at the Federalist Papers. The citizenry (willing law abiding types) should be armed with whatever infantry/swat weapon that is currently being used by any armed/paramilitary force in the world at any time.
TRUE FREEDOM is sometimes hard for people to accept and trust. Thats why it is the 2nd Amendment. Not the 11th ....

I agree. The next debate should be limited ... to no more than 4. Possibly Hunter, Romney, Huckabee and (maybe someone not yet announced). And oh so tired of Rudy and McCain. Others are for sure 2nd if not 3rd tier, past governors or not.

The slavery/abortion parallel is perfect. I’m glad it’s being brought up more often.
