I wish Gilmore didn’t stutter. He would be marvelous if he were just a tad more eloquent.

I think all of them are performing very well, but I disagree with Giuliani on most everything. Gilmore is doing well too. Thompson seems like the weakest — he could not cite three wasteful programs, barely mentioned one, and it made no sense what he was proposing. Paul seems nervous, but I like his answers. Tancredo is good. Huckabee too. We may have an embarrassment of riches. The lower tier are better than the upper tier.

Ok score at break?

I'm still leaning toward Hunter or Tancredo. I came to the debates maybe 30 minutes ago, but I was definitely smiling when Huckabee said "beauty parlour" and Edwards in the same sentence! And Paul was AMAZING when he pointed out the fact that we knew everything we needed to know to prevent 9/11. I agree, and it was sheer political correctness that brought down the Trade Towers.

Is Brit going to ask any questions, or just be the gentleman host?

Rudy McRomney joke starts weak and falls flatter. Rudy has ZILCH crowd support.
