This District is one of the most Conservative Districts in the United States and he wins handily every election in both Primaries and in General Elections.
He does seem to have subverted that district into a libertarian stronghold.
The GOP and the Dims can't defeat him despite repeated attempts. They've spent real money too. The Dims refused to even try in '06.

I think Hunter is the best guy for the job. He answered each question very, very well. I like him.
I was leaning toward Romney until tonight. I’m donning the fire-retardant underwear but I think Rudy could be the one candidate who has the greatest chance against H. Clinton.
Long time before Nov 08 and a lot will change.

Apparently, Ron Pauls supporters enjoy making it look like nutty Congressman has more support than he really does. They are the adult version of the tween girls who spend all their time voting for Sanjaya on American Idol. ROFL! Thats Hilarious. This would explain my wife telling my Ron Small was leading in the Hannity poll.

If anyone won tonight it was Fox News. This debate was head and shoulders above the MSNBC’s pathetic excuse for a debate format. ‘Course, it goes without saying which candidate I thought won the debate. Oh, OK, it was Mitt Romney!

"Independents will never support a far right winger, like it or not its the truth. It's not even close to being the truth. Reagan did extremely well with Independents (winning 43 states in '80 and 49 states in '84) and he was far to the right of Rudy, to understate the matter. The "conventional wisdom" infecting the party since the early '90s that says only "centrist" Republicans can win general elections is a dangerous lie.
"if we want a victory we must support Rudy"
Speaking of dangerous lies.....

Why didn't you answer when I asked? Instead YOU rephrased my question. Your candidate wasn't even up o that stage. It would appear Romney could learn far more from you about dishonesty, than you could from Romney.
I'll answer it.
EV SUPPORT ALAN KEYES FOR PRESIDENT IN 2008.

If you were a candidate and FOX is doing post debate coverage, FOX is the only channel that not only hosted the debate, but has this opportunity.. where would you go?
They have posted that Ron Paul is winning the text message debate which means the Moonbats are on it skewing the percentages. Who else would have organized people to “text” at 11:15 PM besides George Soros?

I’ll be standing in line with a lot of other Republicans, he’ll take over the Party in Central Florida.

Ron Paul should have his arse tossed off the island. And if I hear the “first tier” one more time, I’m gonna puke.
To: Chuck54
McCain can fold the tent and go home. As long as Americans are willing to check the facts.

"Mitt is a suit."
Yes! You nailed it. Mitt's the pointy-haired boss from Dilbert. That must be why he uses so much hair grease, to hide his true identity.
I was just LOL listening to Romney in the after debate interview use the word "benchmark" about 15 times to describe his plan for shrinking government. But the word benchmark as a business buzzword means to find some other business that does something well, and use that as a standard to compare yourself with. (The standard for comparison *is* the benchmark.) What does he propose to use as the "other entity" to compare, say, the Dept. of Education to, or the Dept. of Commerce, or the Dept. of State? Much less, what other entity will he use as the standard to compare the NSA against? He can yap all he wants about "benchmarking" as a buzzword from business, but without stating what well-functioning comparable entities he plans to use *for* the *benchmarks* themselves, it's just the empty hot air that we hear constantly from empty suits.

I disagree with your first point.
As to your second, I do agree that you don't use a tired "political solution" with someone who settles disputes by strapping bombs to their chests.

At this time if we want a victory we must support Rudy. Why? And how is electing a liberal considered "a victory"?
Independents will never support a far right winger, like it or not its the truth.
Who do you consider to be "a far right winger?" Please define "far right winger."
So you have two choices stay home and let our country get farther aways from any values, and put our country in more danger or support Rudy.
No--I have another choice. Work like mad to elect a conservative.
I will support Rudy.
Then you support liberalism.

I don’t think Paul said the country deserved to be attacked — he just did not clearly explain himself, like Ford in 1976. Paul said he wanted Robert Taft, Sr., foreign policy.
