Post Rudys talking points all you want, but Paul didnt say anything anyone in military intelligence would disagree with.Course he didn't. He was spot on. The problem is that for the past 6 years too many have gotten their talking points from the RNC instead of actual history, military tactics, and wisdom. Paul was correct, and if you'll note he got some light applause from his statement. The Old Right is still in the party and after 6 years of this and last year's elections, it's clear it's going to cause problems within the Republican Party.

Hunter has that Chuck Norris appeal.
Rudy has the national security issues down but I’m a solid social conservative.
Romney would be a perfect Fantastic Four likeness of Reed Richards I wonder if he can stretch his arms an tap the guy furthest from him on the shoulder.
Ron Paul is an idiot.
Gilmore would make a good cabinet official.
I’m waiting for Tommy’s ears to start flapping when he talks.
Gov. Huckabee comes across as a real nice guy. I don’t want nice.
Tancredo is ok, I would have to hear more.

Will Romney have a pro-choice position as President, EV? Who could ever know? He changes positions as often as most men change their underwear.

Duncan Hunter - strong contender
Tom Tancredo - being nervous doesn't cast good image
Rudy Giuliani - 1 issue = swept Paul off stage
Mike Huckabee - possible contender
John McCain - self-anointed
Sam Brownback - leaving little impression
Tommy Thompson - light-weight
Jim Gilmore - out of his league
Mitt Romney - possible contender
Ron Paul - 'his ghost has left the building'
I think a one-on-one-on-one between Hunter-Huckabee-Romney with ability to fully state ideas and tough questions from moderators and other candidates would go a long way to really make a good decision.
