“In March, Coulter used a gay slur about Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards.”

They will bring this up every time they wish to simply dismiss Ann Coulter. In their view, it saves them the trouble of having to reply to her arguments.

They would still have our national security run by socialist miscreants and de-balled faggots. IMO, the fags should sit at the back of the bus and be given up as fodder when the real battle starts.

Since the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, some Republicans have argued that their party would do a better job of protecting the U.S. against terrorism than Democrats.

Yes, I would call 100% "some." And without any fear of exaggeration, either.

Leftist news is a waste of time.

Republican presidential contender John McCain said Tuesday he opposes Iraqi leaders' plans to take a two-month summer vacation, a break that has drawn criticism from congressional Republicans and Democrats.

I don't have a problem with this two-month vacation. While the government is out of Baghdad, we can level the place and start over. When they get back, the government will be able to start with a clean slate.

Ann Coulter must have been reading ~~

"An American Expat in Southeast Asia"

"Obama's popularity in the Muslim world though presents a troubling conundrum though. His popularity with Islam's so-called moderates in actuality lends more credence to the ideology promoted by fundamentalist groups such as Al Qaeda and Jemaah Islamiyah who will be eager to explain Obama's popularity in America as futher evidence supporting the acquiescence of the West to the superiority of Islam...."

When will Barack speak out loudly for the powerless Muslim women and girls?

I agree with Ann, but I have to admit- the following statement from the poll organization:

""As the 2008 election campaign continues to heat up, I am sure that there will be informed and incisive criticisms of polls from many observers," he said. Coulter's comments "do not fit into this category," he added. "

was classy and refreshingly polite for a change. But I dont think Ann's remarks were meant to be a critical analysis- she was shooting from the hip and being as brilliant and funny as always.

ince the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, some Republicans have argued that their party would do a better job of protecting the U.S. against terrorism than Democrats.

I'll say one thing for the Republicans -- they didn't abandon South Korea in 1949 and then decide to win it back again*, after it was almost totally taken over by North Korea, in 1950.

*at the cost of 30,000 American deaths in 30 months under Truman, whose administration had ignored and suppressed warnings we should not abandon the South Koreans.

“Coulter did not explain how the poll might help the terrorist group. “

Terrorists are routinely highlighting Democrats, from Obama to Harry Reid, on their websites, and via their news network al Jeezera.

The fact the author says ‘didn’t explain’ would be amusing if the topic wasn’t so serious.

"In polls where people are actually allowed to vote, Republicans do a lot better."

I sent my liberal friends something along those same lines. I listed all the countries that are electing either conservatives or pro-Bush PMs and Presidents. Told them that they are being duped by fake polls and that when the people go to the real polls, they are voting conservative across the world.

Coulter's remark drew a response from Evans Witt, chief executive officer of Princeton Survey Research Associates International, which conducted the Newsweek survey."As the 2008 election campaign continues to heat up, I am sure that there will be informed and incisive criticisms of polls from many observers," he said. Coulter's comments "do not fit into this category," he added.

Well how about this then! You oversample Democrats by 50%! Your polls are worthless except to Lib-sheep.

...”Coulter, a best-selling author known for outrageous and often controversial statements,”..

Sure, conservatives are outrageous and often controversial. Liberals, on the other hand, are caring and deep thinkers.

Lost me from there.. Screw this article.

If Coulter is criticized for her statement, John Howard, Aussie’s PM, should be along.

He said Obama’s election could be a benefit for Al-Quaeda :

‘I think that will just encourage those who want to completely destabilize and destroy Iraq, and create chaos and a victory for the terrorists to hang on and hope for an Obama victory,’ Howard said on Nine Network television. ‘If I were running al Qaeda in Iraq, I would put a circle around March 2008 and be praying as many times as possible for a victory, not only for Obama but also for the Democrats.’

The really big problem is that the more the media attempts to marginalize her, the more people will see just how much sense she actually makes.

Ann Coulter is a jewel, and the Left is confounded by her regularly, and so they make really stupid comments that have little to do with addressing her points.
