MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — At least five people were arrested on charges they plotted to attack the Fort Dix Army base and "kill as many soldiers as possible," federal authorities said Tuesday. The suspects were scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in Camden later Tuesday to face charges of conspiracy to kill U.S. servicemen, said Michael Drewniak, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Jersey.
Five of them lived in Cherry Hill, about 10 miles east of Philadelphia and 20 miles southwest of Fort Dix, he said.
"They were planning an attack on Fort Dix in which they would kill as many soldiers as possible," Drewniak said.
The suspects were described as "Islamic radicals" by Greg Reinert, a spokesman for the United States Attorney's Office. A law enforcement source told FOX News that all of the suspects are recent converts and were not born Muslims....
The Associated Press reported that those captured were nationals of the former Yugoslavia, but the law enforcement source told FOX News that not all of them are of Albanian ethnicity....
The official said the men had lived in the United States for some time and were arrested as part of a joint federal and local investigation.... In 1999, Fort Dix sheltered more than 4,000 ethnic Albanian refugees during the NATO bombing campaign against Yugoslavia...

If they are from the former Yugoslavia, as the report states, then they are either Christian or Muslim. It's pretty hard to believe that Serbian, Croation or Bosnian Christians who hailed from the old country would come to America and convert to Islam. In fact it is impossible to believe, and I don't believe it.
The war in Iraq is lost. Bring our troops home where we will all be safe from their civil war...
This may mean that some of them are Bosniaks.
It may also be the case that they were raised as good little Communists in families that weren't religious and did not formally embrace their ancestral religion until they became teenagers.

This is the first time I’ve seen the word ‘Muslim’ used in connection to theses terrorists. The big three, ABC, NBC and CBS appear to be taking pains to hide the fact that the terrorists were Muslim, converts or otherwise. The MSM appears to have decided that revealing the links of terrorism to Islam is news we can’t handle.

We should not allow these people to enter our country. The Bush administration wants to allow 70,000 Iraqis to come here legally and live. A couple of years down that road we will be posting articles about Iraqi “refugees” committing acts of terror on American soil. With Muslims, no good deed goes unpunished. They hate us and laugh at us for giving them the opportunity to come here and attack us. The whole point of the Iraq war is to keep such activities on their soil, not suffer it on ours.
