Ladyinred has been diagnosed with lung cancer and it is bad. It has been there for some time with no symptoms. She has taken a couple of Chemo treatments but they will not be able to cure this. They hope to stop the growth for as long as possible.
Please also remember Chadsworth in your prayers, as he is taking this very hard.
In a note to me, ladyinred said ..... "I would appreciate your prayers of course, as that is all that can really help me."
As Chadsworth told me, the only thing that will make a difference is a miracle through the power of prayer.
Thank you for your prayers!
I tried my best to recall all the different names LadyinRed would mention when we would be talking about FReepers. I thought those of you that posted so many well wishing and prayer messages to Connie would like to see her final resting place. It is a beautiful place, almost matching its newest resident with so much year around beauty.
This site has several pictures of where she will remain and I have a place next to hers. By selecting “next” or “prev” you can review all the pictures of this unique burial site.
Thank you all so much for your loyalty, prayers and well wishes. May God bless you all.

I miss Connie, as I know so many of us do, but I rejoice that she is no longer in pain. She is an angel now, just like my mother who passed away suddenly this past July 4th. Heaven is full of beautiful spirits and two more very special souls arrived this summer.
Whenever I think of Connie, I will remember her wonderful sense of humor. She could keep the entire table laughing when we would go out to dinner after our rallies. She was a delightful woman to know and the special love you two shared was written all over both of you. Connie was a gift to everyone who knew her. May she rest in peace and may God comfort you, Tom, and fill the void in your heart with His perfect peace.
Pinging all of Connie’s friends to Tom’s post.
Tom, Thank you for sharing these pictures with us. The area and the marker are beautiful. A beautiful resting place for a beautiful LadyinRed.
WE had hoped that she would make it to another rally. We have missed the two of you at our gatherings. I know that she missed us too.
Hugs from your FReeper FRiends.
