Like I said - my question was off color - don’t hold it against me.

Hunter did very well. He had a plan to talk about China, Iraq/Iran, trade and the borders. And that’s exactly what he did. In a commanding way, as always.

Please do me a favor and do not ping me into threads in the future, ok? I choose my own reading material. Thanks.

FWIW, I have been looking, and I am having a hard time finding any articles about last night’s debate that even mention Duncan Hunter attended. That’s how memorable he was, and that’s why he has zero chance of being nominated. He has about two more shots at this, and then the cable news networks are going to limit participation to candidates who are polling at 10% or higher.

That quote you referenced on the other thread, ‘er on life’. It is compiled into this video clip.

It has been reported he suffered two broken arms, a broken shoulder and a broken leg, plus a bayonet wound in the groin and years of enemy beatings and other bodily torture while a guest at a POW camp.

That’s exactly why, no matter my feelings on his politics, I’ll always have a residual amount of respect for him. Some things you can’t take away from a man.

I didn’t realize you suffered from MCS.

I don't know what MCS means, but pinging someone into a thread that you know they won't be interested in is a form of stalking. You might want to discuss this with your sponsor or your mental health professional.

I agree, I hold him in high esteem for his military service and his sacrifice. Like you, I’m not aligned with him politically.

How could he, he wasn’t asked many questions! And when he was, it was something that needed more the 30 sec’s to answer. Maybe that is why McCain was talking so fast.

Your right. He just can’t seem to play with the big boys. Maybe President Romney will give him some position on his administration. Perhaps he could be Ambassador of Canada or something.

Thanks a bunch Walter.

So with 10 candidates and about 90 minutes, Hunter got 8.5 minutes to speak.

How much did McCain get? /sarc

Wow. He was great. Got a lot of time up there.

Loved how he mentioned CNN while debating on MSNBC. That must have ticked them off.

Q: “What does the federal govt. do well?”

Hunter’s Answer: “Drop percision bombs on Zarqawi’s safe house.”

Nice.

Oh wait, I was wrong; the post-debate interview came in at about 5.5 minutes.

So Hunter got only 5.5 out of 90 minutes. Curse you Chris Matthews!

I didn’t bother watching the debate, season finale of ‘Shark’ was of more interest, so I can’t say.
