Are there any physical requirements for campus police? The hugely overweight cop trying to run with his rifle caught my eye.
Parents with kids at universities all over the country better start asking some hard questions, instead of just shelling out huge payments to institutions that do not protect their children.

It could be that he wasn't even there today. I know his wife was scheduled for a C-section delivery of their second child sometime this week. I hope it was today and that he wasn't anywhere near campus.

Sent him an e-mail. No response yet, but if they evacuated all the faculty, he may not get it until all this blows over.

I just heard on fox news the guy the police have down on the ground in that picture was a reporter. Not the gunman .

BLACKSBURG, Va. — At least 32 people are confirmed dead and at least another 21 are wounded after a shooting at Virginia Tech University Monday morning, law enforcement officials told FOX News.

Campus police said there was only one shooter and he is now dead. They are unsure if the shooter was a student and it was unclear if he was shot by police or took his own life.

Law enforcement has not released the name of the shooter.

Usually, if the shooter is a white male, MSM has everything including his shoe size plastered all over the media.

Could it be that the shooter is a member of a “protected” class, or religion that we are not supposed to talk about?

I guess we will have to wait and see.

They already had some idiot former NYPD hostage negotiator turned CNN consultant drumming up the anti-gun hysteria with comments about 9mm pistols with clips and how many rounds the civilian versions can hold, etc. The anti-gun crowd are already jumping on this tragedy to further their agenda. I wouldn’t be surprised if within weeks, the parents of the slain students are recruited (used and abused) by the anti-gun groups.
