Rosie Defends Imus
Would Rosie O'Donnell Still Be So Forgiving If Imus Made A Gay Joke? What if Imus had implied that the players on the Rutgers Girls Volleyball Team were also gay?
Don Imus has gained an unlikely supporter in the person of Rosie O'Donnell. She's been defending him on
The View railing against the "Thought Police" advocating his right to free speech. This is proper and courageous to a point. What she says is true and unequivocal. It was a joke and nothing more. So get over it.
But one must wonder how supportive she'd be if Imus called the team "Nappy Headed Bull Dikes". Would she still be so understanding? Would she still give him artistic leeway if her personal predilection was called into question? Would she not rip him to pieces on national TV? One can only wonder.

I detest Rosie.
HOWEVER, it’s refreshing to see someone on the Left able to form an objective opinion.

ROTFL! A fellow liberal so she defends him! Either she is a racist, or she is biased, which is it Rosie? What would she say if Rush said the same thing?
To: Uncle Peter
Notice in the picture her girlfriend seems into it but Rosie's eyes are open. Ten bucks the cow is only gay so she can have an immunity card for being a royal bitch.
As far Imus, now that she is defending him perhaps I need to re-evaluate my support of him.

This is just the opening salvo in the left’s agenda to shut down free speech.

“I think ABC should throw her off the air actually,” Trump told the Don Imus radio show.

If there’s anything that would drive Imus to shoot himself, having Rosie defend him should be it!

Rosie and the rest show no understanding about free speech. Imus was fired for his comments by his private employer, based presumably on a clause in his contract. Our Constitution protects us from government restictions and consequences for our speech, NOT private.
If O'Donnel organized a boycott against say Sean Hannity for his attitude toward gays would she be censoring his speech? No. The schools have done a horrible job of informing our people as to what out protections and responsibilities actually are. Imus's firing may or may not be justified, but it is certainly both legal and no assault on free speech.

Did I get that right, she defending Imus?
I must have been transported to an alternate universe, because Elisabeth Hassebeck was on Hannity & Colmes saying he should of been fired.

Even a queer hog finds an acorn once in a while. Now she will probably get fired.
