Let me tell you, the goofiest thing that happened in Germany - I walked up to a waitress in Hessen, and asked her a question in Hoch Deutsch - she responded, “Es tut mir lied, ich kann kein Englisch.”

Now, my german may be rusty, but even my kids laughed at that one.

I chatted with my brother in Michigan on Easter and he had a White Easter....tried to call my other brother in NY but he was busy shoveling out the drive. Read today that this is the coldest April in 113 yrs. and heard on the news on the radio and TV nothing but dire forecasts driven by the Global Warming crowd. Opening days at a lot of ballparks were postponed due to snow and cold weather.

April Fool's Day is fun and it lasts but a day. But the IPCC and many politicians and celebrities have made April the Fool's Month.
