This is a video of a 48-minute speech plus Q&A at Heritage Foundation by Evan Sayet, a former liberal. Very insightful in explaining the leftist mindset today.

He laid it out so clearly. It’s not that I hadn’t thought of these things, but he puts it together very well.
Of course now I really need to read the books he mentions. The closing of the American mind.

XLNT!
Too bad large L liberals couldn't understand any of this, they wouldn't even attempt to. Evan explains it succinctly with his 5 year old thinking analogy. Just label anything that challenges you to think as part of the problems facing the world and go on believing in a pile of bull crap.

Thanks.
At the last CPAC I had the pleasure of just talking to him.
Evan is brilliant and needs more exposure.

That is my story, exactly.
Besides being someone whom I respect and listen to, Evan is also a "Smoking Buddy" of mine.

I watched the video and am impressed.
I was a little surprised by the questions. They did not seem that good, and I thought some were from left field. It seems a little unfair to address every issue of the day in terms of his model. I think it is can be done. But one would have to prepare for every topic. I thought he did well with the global warming question. The very first question struck me as bizarre.
