Does this photo appear to be doctored to you?
Also the photo in the original post is a link to the website where a different doctored photo appears. The proof of that doctoring is on the right side, 1/3 of the way up the photo, just to the right of the sign that has "911" on it are two "US out of Iraq", yellow signs. Look at the upper one, which is cut off partially on the left side, as if the other sign is blocking it. Problem is, the yellow sign is in front of the other, not behind it.

Looks like it at first glance but if you blow it up, there's some kind of vertical rod in front of both signs that lines up with where the edge of the rear sign would be and gives the illusion that the edge of the rear sign is visible.
Is it just me, or in your pic, the light posts are on the left and the Lincoln Memorial is in the background. In the commie pic, the lights are on the right and the LM is non existing. Very interesting.

The alignment of the light poles on the right appear to me to be a cut-copy and paste job.

All the yellow between the larger placards might be why the picture looks so crowded.
I don't care what lens they used, there is one — count 'em — one row of lights down each side of the bridge. In particular, there are not two rows on one side and one row on the other.
