I often wonder how some people manage to even dress themselves; they're so stupid.

Panic seems to be a good option.

This is sort of crazy. The pet stores would probable remove the food anyway.
"Trask plans to throw the food away so no animals eat it."
So now the raccoons and squirrels and other wildlife can eat it.

"A lot of people don't know about the recall," Trask said. "I don't know what else to do."
How about let the store employees do their job and take the products off the shelf without wasting your money.
I could use one thousand dollars, hand it over.

Yes, this poor woman was a bit overwrought. But why wasn't the tainted pet food removed? Why couldn't the store do that? Did she have a talk with someone who refused to remove the tainted food?

She's wants to be first in line for the lawsuit lottery that will surely follow. One night she accidentally feeds Fido from a tainted can and - oops - time to get a trail liar and sue, sue, sue.

I wish I had a thousand dollars to just waste on tainted pet food. Only I wouldn't spend it on tainted pet food, I'd actually buy something useful with it. Good god.

sad how some people will bend over backwards to protect animals... and if I had $1000 I'd be willing to bet that she is a strong advocate for "woman's choice" to feed her unborn baby stuff that will the baby.

Geez, not one shred of empathy in a post yet here, so I'll go. Yes, the lady seems eccentric, but in being so was trying to HELP others by sparing their pets. I'd rather have "nuts" like that running around than the careless, inept, and selfish grocers whom I myself have encountered that don't give a hoot about the recall and are not rushing to get the deadly product off the shelves.
