Interesting, I heard the GOE was actually larger then the Freak show it was there to counter. But I suppose the Junk Media cannot let a little thing like FACT get in the way of their propaganda blather. After all, actually doing their job MIGHT result in them not getting all those oh so precious DC cocktail party invites!

I could not agree with you more, and it sounds like your Boss is a Perfectionist, but with a penchant(irrational) to play the Blame game. If she does it for her own self satisfaction and not to weed out the poor quality employees, and to keep the credibility of the Company up then she is just a Flake. I had a Witchy, rotten Redhead Owner/Boss that was so flaky she would change ways of doing things every day and when it caused havoc, (because nobody could keep up with the changes even her), she would go off on hysterical tangents like she was off her BiPolar meds. I finally solved the problem and told others to do the same thing. When she started in the crazy behavior just look at her like she is crazy, even if you have to practice in the mirror giving her that "I think you are totally nuts and I am calling the Nut ward at the Hospital to take you away" look. I had the look down to a Science and it would make her get a sheepish, embarrassed look on her face and then she would just walk away. Try it, it may work but you may need practice and become an actress.

Right the link to the dessert - bread and butter pudding which is slices of bread buttered. With dried fruit and sugar sprinkled over then about 14oz of milk and 2 eggs mixed together poured over the top. You then sprinkle sugar and ground nutmeg over the top and bake in oven for about 40 mins.

Of course, you might be wondering why, in the face of Yorkshire pudding and a fine roasted bird, my eye is drawn to the booze?

She is strange because on the other hand she can be so kind when I lost my weight she paid for me to have new hairstyle. I think that a lot of it is how she is feeling at the time.

Also she gets really upset when her husband the managing director has to go away on business and when this incident happened he had just left for a month in China.

IMHO a man would not let this affect him this way.

I have been having a tough time getting you all info- the equipment would not run on batteries-- so "in the field" recording was impossible- needed an electrical outlet to use it..UGH-- plus- I am using trooprally's computer- different programs, etc... so a bit tough to figure it out...same issues with pictures, etc...

That is true, but he is a huge black mark right now, even Liberal Dems are trashing him in some circles. A lot of Rats that normally do not pay much attention and are anti Pubbie are very afraid of this bunch led by Pelosi and Murtha. One of My friends was shocked when Democrats that normally razz her about anything Republican were talking about the Military and the Cut and run measures being put out by the Rats and They said "we have got to get rid of this bunch now". They were specifically talking about Pelosi and Murtha, but they were not happy with any of them. I believe that Steny Hoyer is watching all this go down and we may see a change brought on by the big Donors to the Rats who want all three branches of Government and are very afraid that this Bunch is too much for public consumption. Can you imagine someone watching Barney Frank or Henry Waxman or any of these "Star Wars Bar scene" type cast of characters leading inquisitor committees? Yikes, I have seen them many times before and it is still a shock to your senses and the need to hurl alert.
