Some may recall this "person" from his act of hanging a soldier in effigy at his Sacramento home. Words fail me.

"Leading" Democrat John Kerry had the same idea - he said those of us who served in Vietnam were war criminals. I'm sure Pelosi, Kennedy & Co. would agree with him.

Let Mr Pearcy file a lawsuit then, and may loser pay all legal costs of both sides.

From a legal standpoint, obeying Bushs orders is akin to the Nazi soldiers who obeyed Hitlers orders.Get this man a straitjacket.

What an unbelievable cretin. But I hope this POS shows up at demonstrations, maybe that will make Americans hate the anti-war idiots more than the war itself. Like Vietnam.

I try to be as civil in my comments as I can be, since spewing invective and ad hominem attacks at someone who disagrees with you is simply part of the DUmbing down of political discussion in the United States.
However, it's only my respect for other freeper's sensibilities that I reluctantly engage in partial self-censorship.
F--k you, Pearcy!

This guy has really thought this out. I think this guy should have this position adopted by the DNC as a party platform. This is a winner they need to pursue. Boy I sure hope they don't because it will too bad for us.

Maybe we could all pitch-in and send Stephen S. Pearcy on a one way trip to Cuba or North Korea where they really appreciate his hatred for all things American.

From a legal standpoint, obeying Bushs orders is akin to the Nazi soldiers who obeyed Hitlers orders. And we know from the Nuremberg Trials that the just following orders excuse is invalid. It took a truly deranged and warped mind to come up with the Bush = Hitler equivalence. The author needs some serious mental health intervention before he shaves his head and starts attacking parked cars.

People should never hire this lawyer. He can't even get definitions right.
The USA is not "occupying" Iraq. The USA is there by invitation only.
He looses his discovery argument on that fact alone, and would never convince a panel to hold the case over to trial.
If John Kerry insists any vets from Nam are 'war criminals', then his sworn statement alone should buy him life in prison for illegal actions he himself admits to committing.
I'm so sick and tired of these stupid things being posted.

Stephen S. Pearcy is a Sacramento attorney and peace activist as well as a full time loon.

Sorry human being. Pearcy please take 50 steps backwards and and lift and hold this target silhouette in front of you.
