That's his plan to take away the funds so they cannot be available. Then it will be Bush's fault the Troops don't have the equipment to save their lives.

I can tell you from experience this weasel traitor doesn't know what he's talking about. Most of those troops are already there and the rest are on the way. Regardless attempting to cut off training funds to active units is serious business, it won't hurt the Troops there now or those who are going , it'll hurt the unit's that will be rotating to Iraq to relieve other units there.
