In a sign of continuing momentum, the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Exploratory Committee today announced Congressman David Dreier, Chairman of the California Republican Congressional Delegation and House Rules Committee Ranking Republican, has announced his support for Mayor Rudy Giuliani to be the next President of the United States. Dreier’s endorsement follows the rousing reception Mayor Giuliani received at the California State Republican Convention and his successful swing through the state. Dreier will help lead Mayor Giuliani’s exploratory committee efforts in California.
Congressman Dreier said, “America needs the proven leadership of Rudy Giuliani to tackle the difficult challenges our country is facing. Not only does Mayor Giuliani have a record of results, he has a positive, optimistic vision that can unite our Party and our country for the greater good.
“I am proud to be supporting Mayor Rudy Giuliani for President and am looking forward to helping the exploratory committee’s efforts in any way I can,” concluded Dreier.
Mayor Rudy Giuliani welcomed the support from Congressmen Dreier. “I’m excited to have a Republican leader like Congressman Dreier on our team.” This endorsement comes on the heels of Congressman Pete Sessions and former Congresswoman Susan Molinari joining Team Rudy, as well as the previously announced support of California Congressman Devin Nunes and Congresswoman Mary Bono. More California endorsements will be announced later in the week.
John, what is Hunter getting sued for, or what was he sued for? This seems like a freaking kabuki play, with the faces all covered.
But that fact wouldn't make for good pictures. And in this regard, they're playing the game the media plays.
It doesn't bode well for Republicans if this is how they intend to conduct themselves on discussion boards, but it's how most of these same freepers acted during the 2000 election cycle, so most of us are used to it.

Only a person of low character makes a big deal out of the fact that Hunter's son is back from Iraq after serving there.
From what little I've seen, a freeper tried to post why Hunter was sued. Whether the information was valid or not, I have no idea because the post was immediately pulled and the freeper was banned.
If freepers start getting banned around here for posting incorrect information, there won't be many of us left. Posts like that used to stay up and those with good research skills and the desire took their time to tear apart the opposition through research.

That was not the case. The poster in question REPEATEDLY claimed criminality by Hunter but refused to back it up. She, nopardons and PhiKapMom refused to post a link to the document in question. Calcowgirl shot down the claims to the satisfaction of the moderators, who have clearly stated on the open forum that the claim is refuted. Yet nopardons and phikapmom refuse to retract their statements on FR that Hunter was engaged in wrongdoing.

I don't think I've seen a freeper banned because they couldn't back up a statement that a politician was dirty.
Heck, they're all dirty; most of them have the good sense not to get caught.

The whole Rudy in drag thing is hillarious. It reflects badly on conservatives when they cant discern reality (if anything Rudy is a Lothario) and a cameo in Victor/Victoria (where most of the Rudy in Drag pics come from).
Thats why we are quickly becoming the "stupid" party.
