John, what is Hunter getting sued for, or what was he sued for? This seems like a freaking kabuki play, with the faces all covered.
From what little I've seen, a freeper tried to post why Hunter was sued. Whether the information was valid or not, I have no idea because the post was immediately pulled and the freeper was banned.
If freepers start getting banned around here for posting incorrect information, there won't be many of us left. Posts like that used to stay up and those with good research skills and the desire took their time to tear apart the opposition through research.
