Congress and the Media Violating the US Constitution
Self Blog | YOUGOTIT

Article III, Section 3 or the United States Constitution states; “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

The actions and words by members of the media and those in the US Senate and House, who are helping on a daily basis those that have declared War against the American People, meets the criteria of Article III, Section 3 exactly.

Their lies and support of al Qaeda terrorist is a disgrace and should be prosecuted as stated in the Constitution. There is NOTHING in the Constitution that gives anyone the right to commit TREASON, no matter what someone says about his or her right of free speech under the first amendment.

When a conspiracy of TRAITORS gets together to enable the enemy of the American people, they have committed TREASON. The Senators, Congressmen and the media who are helping the enemy kill Americans are GUILTY of violating Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution. Their actions to help the enemy by talking on a daily basis about how it is impossible to win, reporting managed BAD news (and never reporting any good news) and their actions to pass resolutions that enable the enemy is adhering to the enemies of the American People.

While they may try to convince the American People that they support our military they LIE when their actions help the enemy kill Americans and will help al Qaeda move its people our of Iraq and move them into the United States where millions of Americans could die because of the actions of those in the US Congress and the media who care nothing about the safety of the American People and only about keeping power for their limos, air planes, major offices, names in the al Qaeda supporting press, and their royal goodies (health care, free trips, and other royal benefits) paid for by the American people whom they look down on, like the Senate of Rome and the Royal Houses of Europe looked upon their people.

We have reached a point where there are those in the US Senate and House that want al Qaeda to win and the cost to the American people will be massive. Reading and listening to the media these past years it is evident that they have been of the side of al Qaeda from the very beginning, as they use their influence to help the enemy and denigrate the US military and its leaders. It may not happen during the lifetimes of those that are supporting the Islamic Terrorist but their actions are paving the road for millions of Americans to die because of their TREASON.

WAR has been declared on the American People by Islamic Terrorist, even though the anti-American media will not tell you the truth and neither will those in the US Congress who want the terrorist to win, so we must understand that our way of life and freedom is on the verge of being eliminated from the face of the earth. The only way to stop the destruction of our civilization is to fight and win. There can be NO negotiations with terrorist, as when one negotiates it is seen as weakness and allows further inroads and battle wins by the Islamic terrorist.

As Hitler and Stalin wanted to destroy the United States so do the Islamic Terrorist. However, unlike Hitler and Stalin they have the support of the American media and members of the US Congress, plus they are using their religion as their basis for elimination of all who will not convert or be put under the yoke of Islam. The future of our civilization and freedom is the final chapter in this battle that will rage on for years, and which al Qaeda will win, unless our government solidifies and decides to protect our way of life and the lives of the American People.

It is strange to see and hear the left in the United States support the people who will behead them upon winning but I guess they would prefer that, than to having a free and ever-increasing United States, as long as they think they will retain power when of course they will NOT.

There can be NO compromise with the enemy and as it states in Article III, Section 3 those who adhere to the enemy should be put on trial for their TREASON.

I hope you're not holding your breath waiting for anyone to be charged with treason...

John Kerry while a Naval officer committed treason and was never charged. Jane Fonda went to Viet Nam and gave aid & comfort to the enemy and was never charged with treason or any other offense!
Heck, Clinton dodged the draft three times and was elected and reelected POTUS for Pete sakes!

We can't even get the present POTUS to enforce the immigration laws of this country & secure the ports & borders in TIME OF WAR! Of course Bush has time to pardon drug dealers while incarcerating BP agents & Marines!!!

So if anyone thinks the DOJ will be charging anyone with treason; they have another thought coming!

The congress, and our media are scared of the enemy because they realize the enemy is inside the gates of this nation. The congress, and our media realize the invasion of this nation continues each and every day. Our congress and our media figure there is no reason to piss off the enemy, since the enemy is winning here on our home soil. Thus we see our congress and our media acting as they are.....COWARDS

Treason charges are rare, as we even wimped out and didn't charge Lindh with treason. We just recently got our only treason indictment in over 50 years, an American-born Al Qaeda collaborator and spokesman. Maybe there'll be more.

Might be so, except there was no Declaration of War. A technicality made the Declaration unnecessary, but not having the Declaration also made all this aid and encouragement of enemies legal.

No Declaration of War. It is all moot.

Kind of sideways to the topic, but, I don't think we should ever again send our troops into battle without a Declaration of War. We've done so under the guise of police action, humanitarian and in the most recent case under the guise of enforcing a UN resolution. I don't see the UN anywhere in our constitution. We should not pick and choose which provisions we will enforce and which ones we will not. These "extra-military" adventures pretty much all end up right where we are with Iraq. Bunch of dead heroes, politically divided and non-committal to winning. If there isn't anything to win, we shouldn't be there. Before labeling me a "cut-n-run", I am only discussing how we enter these engagements..

I have been saying this since before the invasion of Iraq. That was the problem in Vietnam. It wasn't such a problem in Korea because Americans still had some patriotism way back then. Before we pacify Iran, Congress ought to pass the Declaration of War. But, as long as Iran hasn't closed the Strait or nuked Israel yet, the Declaration will not be forthcoming. Probably not even then, so the sniping and carping will continue all the way through.

I agree with you, but some other things have to be done first. When I was a student at the Armed Forces Staff College, during the Vietnam whatever-it-was, one of our speakers was a high Department of Defense official. He was asked, during the question period, why the US hadn't declared war in Vietnam. His reply was that there was a whole host of laws that came into effect with a declaration of war, and the Administration didn't want to invoke those laws (things like government allocation of scarce materials, control of transportation, etc.). Those laws need to be repealed, so they don't automatically come into effect with a declaration of war.

That's because nowadays, most people stupidly believe that the First Amendment protects such behavior. According to them, the First Amendment allows the media to release troop movements and battle plans, allows people like Hanoi Jane to go over to the enemy and make propaganda tapes against our soldiers, and allows anti-American scum to cheer for the enemy.

We're probably long past the point of no return with treason.

"I don't think we should ever again send our troops into battle without a Declaration of War"

I doubt declarations of war will be possible anymore. It might work if Conservatives controlled both the Presidency and Congress, but if the RATs control Congress and the Conservatives control the Presidency, forget about it. The RATs are too selfish and hateful to do anything beneficial for America. We could be invaded and they'd still drag their feet declaring war.

The instructor was winging it. The Host of Laws may come into effect if the FedGov wishes. Nothing is automatic, not even a Host of Laws including national speed limit, which we can have anyway, or rationing, which we can have anyway, or the draft, which we can have anyway. FedGov control over factory production such as tanks, airplanes, and ships instead of Chevys and Fords is the biggie, and they don't even have to invoke that.

I contend that what we are seeing is an attempt at coup by media, brought to us by the Propaganda Wing of the Democrat Party.
