Well partner, Hunter is very well spoken. With exposure he looks more presidential than the others, IMO.

Which prior to this post, pretty effectively summarizes your comments.
Having said that, all things comsidered, Hunter cannot:
a) Charm the press like McPain (my worst nightmare!)
Since it's so early in the race, what's your basis for this presumption?
b) Raise the capital or build the organization to make a serious run
Again, same question.
c) Cut across party lines like Guiliani and possibly Romney
How 'bout that other conservative who guys like you said could never win? You know, begins with "R"
d) Instill as much confidence as Gingrich
We're back to that matter of presumptions, or have you just not bothered to read Hunter's statements on issues?
e) Even on his best day, make people think of he and RR in the same daydream
In other words, "Oh, yeah?"
That is exactly what Rudy Guilanni said on the Hannity interview. But my question is why is the exception for saving the mother's life even given as an exception. Shouldn't that be left up to the doctor in that moment? Would you even consider an abortion at that stage in the pregnancy? Now if the mother is giving birth and it came down to the mother or the baby isn't that up to the doctor to decide, i.e. who has a better chance of surviving? That "...except to save the mother's life" is a red herring. It would have no meaning in the real world. It is an invention of the "weasel weepublicans".

Yes. Exactly right.
I like him, but fear he may be wearing Gary Bauer's shoes.
See his ads on post 41 please. That sounds ALOT more Reaganesque than any of the other fellers.
"...(cannot) Cut across party lines like Guiliani and possibly Romney..."
In most of the Red States I don't think Guiliani or Romney can get crossover voters but Hunter can. The Wallace Dems around here have to have some cowboy brashness to notice a Republican. Those Yankees ain't got it. Hunter with his Army Ranger Vet status, his son's Marine Vet status, and with his sharp-edged views can pull some votes in these parts.
I predict that not only will Hunter run a good race but he will win the GOP primary and the general election. A President Hunter you will see.
I don't see this as having fallen into a "trap." I consider it more a case of him recognizing that since the procedure is never necessary to save a woman's life (it actually creates greater risk), throwing them a semantic bone was no big deal. After all, if the procedure is outlawed except for one theoretical circumstance, the burden will be upon the doctor who performs it to provide evidence of the circumstance.
Please! How delicious is this; a self-proclaimed conservative using Bill Clinton as an example?
Thanks for confirming how far off the cliff you've run.
No chance. He's not a Christian Coalition guy. He's a nuts and bolts Reaganite. Defense hawk, and all around good guy.
Good post, thanks pissant.
Won't they just. Hell, I'll pay good money to see that.
see his ads on post 41
If you vote for the lesser of two liberals, what do you win?
