Well, so far I haven't seen any of them choking.
Perhaps you forget football requires 22 men giving their all, not just one?

what's that "little league for football" called? Pop Warner

Hey Girl... Brett's back, so life is good. And besides the Bears last loss was to who?!... ; )
Da Bears last 'loss' was to NE.
The Pack game, #16 on the schedule IIRC, was a 'nothing', a meaningless 'gift' to the old guy who SHOULD have retired.
But now, I'm glad Farvvvve's coming back. That's two more W's for Da Bears and at least four more interceptions for Da Bears defense.
(ducking for 'incoming')

Incoming is right. Favre has finally figured out Lovie's defense.
Just be thankful that Peyton won't.

But one choking QB to lose it. Watch the films from TN, enough said, oh yeah and the last three years also come to mind.

Honey, you think Peyton doesn't know the defense HIS OWN TEAM PLAYS????

Maine set it up with the Mods...as usual, someone comes in and sets up another thread. :( I'll be honest that I laughed when I saw that, knowing this drama was coming. ;) It ain't a Live Football thread if there aren't territorial pissings afoot.

If its rainy, I take the Bears and the points, and the under, too.

The Egg Official Line: Bears +7
Under 48
Take the under because the Colts are gonna win 16-13.
Now, if Ditka was still with da Bears, you'd have to take the over because da Bears would be leading 176 to 0 at the half.

The Colts don't play it with either the speed or the effectiveness of the Bears. Besides, going up against the #1 defense is the job of the scout team, not the #1 offense.

I'm an AFC guy...but....I can't see Manning being able to handle the onslaught the Bears are going to bring. I think the Bear's special team/def. will have at least one score today. 24-10 Bears.

"Except MikefromOhio hasn't posted since the Buckeyes lost to Fla. At least not that I can find. He's okay, right?"
Mike told me and others months ago that he was going to take a break from FR as soon as the College Season came to an end. He is busy with work and school. Mike posted more than anyone I have ever seen !... Hopefully he will come back when he is " recharged".

Again, you've been playing mostly nfc teams. The only way the bears defense is going to see Indy today is in their rear-view mirrors!

Rain, Wind, MUD and 'slow field'.
Words the Colts don't know. And 'stuff' indoor teams can't play in.
And I have a feeling that Manning has bought out every Prozac pill in Florida. The weight of the WORLD are on his shoulders. And historically 'we' know how he handles pressure - which is NOT good. The wussy couldn't even watch the last minute of the Pats game -- LOSER.
Da Bears -- 42, the 'Indyannienoplace Folds' -- 10
(snicker)
