Mr. Chavez is acting childish. Negroponte criticized his amassing more and more power to himself yesterday, and today suddenly Negroponte is one of only two that he suggests be tried for war crimes (not that it's right, but it makes sense that he would say Bush--the President and 'leader of the free world,' but Negroponte is obviously being targeted for yesterday's criticism).

This looks like a good indication that Hugo is off of his rocker. Perhaps the UN should look into him as a threat to the Americas.

Condemning the war in Iraq, the Venezuelan leader said that Bush and John Negroponte, a former director of national intelligence who is designated for the No. 2 position in the State Department, should be tried for "war crimes" committed by the U.S. military across the globe. Hell, might as well invade Venezuela if they are going to be tried!

Chavez should call 911 to see if anybody gives a damn what he thinks.
If 911's line is busy call Cindy Sheehan or John Kerry ,Maybe they do.
