I heard Fred Singer being interviewed on a local talker. He's very good. I've been meaning to pick up his book. I think I'll do that tonight.
Maybe I can find a replay on line of the interview. I'll check.......

Singer's book will be dismissed by the greens because they say he's a shill for the oil industry. Don't know about the other guy.

If that's true, we'll have to find another way to funnel wealth into third-world countries. I hope the socialists have a backup plan!

Add to this- the funniest thing I've heard in a long time is that NOW "they" say that aerosol sprays are, in fact, GOOD for the ozone layer. Seems to me it was about 30 years ago we were told life as we know it would be GONE within a couple of decades if we continued using aerosol sprays.
Come to find out that was ahhh..errr..uhmmm..a "premature finding"...
(looking for link- read it couple of weeks ago)

If man and all traces of man were to vanish from the planet all of a sudden, the weather cycles would continue just as they are. The Earth Warms and it Cools with or without us - after all it didn't need our help to begin or end the Ice Age.

Ban those books, burn them. How dare there be another opinion, only Al Gore and the liberals know what is best for our planet. Al will take care of women while we beat our wash on rocks getting rid of the evil washing machine. Al will make sure every cow on our planet has a plug in his where his mother never kissed him. Shame on people who say that global warming is a natural effect of the earth and the earth will heal . Ban those books before people start to think.

I have been patiently waiting for two political arguments from the left.
Why don't they dispute the "science" that concludes the earth is in a constant state of global climate change (at least for the past several million years)?
The other one is off topic.
