Thanks to Leo Flood for editing and formatting, and to Jim for allowing the report to be hosted on FR.
The report took almost two months to complete. However, there are a few typos to be found. I spotted a couple this morning I missed previously. They'll be corrected sometime soon.
The report is not meant to be the last word on the situation in Iraq. It is meant to add information to the debate so that the American people are better informed.

No,no, no. Don't you relaize that wisdom comes from people who are all over 60 years old, have no recent military experience, and spent less than a day in Iraq, prefereably staying inside the green zone.
The Iraq Surrender Group proved it.
