Congress Shafts Second Amendment ... Again
Maybe "W" will veto it.
That part about having to be 21 to have a semi-automatic rifle is particularly ludicrous. You'r able to enlist and use a fully automatic weapon at a far younger age.
Politicians get me sick - they are such harlots to pressure groups.
JulieAnnie can go $%$#*!$#^*@ himself and take McCain and ROmney with him. They'll NEVER get my vote - ever.
If he can find his “veto” pen. Seems like he has trouble finding it upon occasion.
They haven't passed a thing.
Tons of bills get proposed. Almost none see the light of day.
If he doesn't veto I'll change my voter registration the next day.
Republicans are supposed to protect the Constitution, not dismantle it.

I thought Democrats "cared" about the consecerns of Rural voters (and others whom like the 2nd Amendment): what a bunch of Soccer-Mom-Nanny Statism, BULL, the Dems are the same ACLU-Communist-LIARS!! Take heed all you "Reagan Democrats", the Libs are comming for your guns once they have eliminated your Jobs through "Illigal Immigration Amnesty+ Minimum Wage Laws"..!
If he doesn't it just means we were sukered with "W" just like we WERE his Father, if anything RR was a fluke in the Republican Party (actually practicing what he preaches!)!..

I carried a P89 for years as a duty weapon, and loved it, so I am also wondering if anybody has shot the new P345.
Won't ever get my vote, and won't ever get my guns, either.

The DEMS should be doing the thinking.
Congress is split fairly evenly even if the Dems control it.
One of the reasons they were able to do it is because they convinced some folks SOME of their candidates were "conservatives". Unless these clowns start acting more like Zell Miller and less like Ted Kennedy, they won't stay in control down there.
As for Bush, I was being sarcastic. I expect him to sign nearly any piece of legislation that passes his desk. Like his Dad, he may claim to be a Texan but his northern roots are showing. He may go from "Bienvenidos todos Americanos del Meijico" to "No mas!!!" like that south American boxer when the Dems start throwing punches his way.
Time will tell. I hope I'm wrong and he kills any anti-gun bills, but I think we have a better chance the "Blue Dogs" will do it than he will.
