On another thread, it was said that her husband is on the board of the parent company.
I don't know if he is.

What about the illegal workers at her restaurant and winery operation? Are they also exempt?

As a former Tryon, NC. (born and raised there) I appreciate your conservative activities. As a former military '66-68' I awaken early to the dismay of the Rats lying, purely lying, to the American people to gain power. She is the lowest of the low. Along with that piece of S@@t senator Boxer.

I checked Del Monte's website and couldn't find any evidence of this. They produce a lot of products I didn't know they owned - from Skippy peanut butter to pet foods (e.g. Gravy Train.)

The Mariana Islands have a special low minimum wage. They have a Republican representative to Congress, who is not a Congressman. Their interests have, until recently, had the disgraced Jack Abramoff as their spokesman and operative. The prevailing minimum wage in Saipan has been $3.05 per hour. Many Saipan sweat shops have brung in hundreds of Philippino, Thai, and Chinese workers. Many of these women workers have resorted to prostitution because its easier money and because some of the seatshops have laid off workers. The locals claim that most of the car accidents are caused by unlicensed Chinese drivers...the situation sounds similar to what's going on stateside with all the undocumented guest illegals from Mexico...

Thank you for your report Mr. Armor. We all know that the minimun wage hike is "for the children" - except Somoan children of course.

Thanks for the info. Interesting that Nancy was protecting these businesses as well. I would assume there's money from them going into some Dem account, if not her's specifically. Abramoff appears to have been the political version of bisexual.

Thank you for the information on Pelosi. This is where I have a major problem with the lamestream media. If this had been a Republican/Conservative... the media would have pounded this until there was nothing left to pound.
This woman is an elitist that is using her political position to increase her wealth along with her husbands. These are true Marxist who have bastardized Marx's intent of a worker's Utopia. Please do not think I approve of Marx's true intent but the elitist on the left are very transparent.

IMOH, the entire bill should have been allowed to go through then bring this issue to the fore; a lot better effect. Now she makes it out like an oversight. I'd guess they jumped cause the net caught it?
