They left (their front line at) Jilib as well," a Kismayu resident told Reuters. "Nobody knows where they went. There’s a lot of confusion."
"Fighting stopped at around 10 p.m. (1900 GMT)," a resident of nearby Jilib said. "Then there was big silence. Then the Islamic Courts just left."

The problem is that once the Ethiopian army leaves, these bastards will return and impose Sharia law again.
The Ethiopian army may have to stay a while 'til the Somali warlords can get their s*** together enough the fight the Islamists.
It doesn't really work like that over there. After fleeing, they lose face...which makes it difficult for them to recruit newbies and raise funds abroad.

The Ethiopians won't fight this war like we do. They will kill anything that moves, blow up anything they must, and completely humiliate and punish their enemy in ways that will make them flee. This is not Iraq.
Because the American liberals, the Canadians, the Europeans and the international MSM don't give a $#!+ about Ethiopia.
I suspect the Islamic Courts won't be able to use human shields against the Ethiopians.
Lets help (covertly) Ethiopia clean up neighboring Sudan next.
Frankly, I'd trust Ethiopia in NATO before I'd trust France.
Let the re-alignment continue!
