That may well be, but at the time that CNN International was reporting that there were "conflicting reports" over whether Hussein had even been handed over, at the exact same time Hussein's lawyer was on another network, confirming that he had been handed over.

CNN pretends we don't have the capacity to monitor other networks.

I WANT TO BE THE FIRST TO PREDICT THAT THE CONSPIRACY THEORIST WILL SOON BE CLAIMING THAT SADDAM WAS NOT ACTUALLY EXECUTED...That it was in fact one of his "doubles" and that he is being kept alive somewhere for some purpose that makes to sense to the conspiracy theorist.
