I will add to that sentiment that I found the Beltway Boys and Charles Krauthammer particularly odious tonight, as they laid blame on the Bush administration for not making a better case against Saddam Hussein. I couldn't believe my ears. Some of these so-called conservative journalists have failed this process so miserably and still can't help taking pot shots at the President.

The state of American journalism is at the lowest point I can remember in my lifetime.

On the other hand, the reaction with Kurds in Iraq is mixed. Some are upset that he didn't get to go on trial for the massacres against them, and they wanted their day in court first. I can understand their perspective. It's like when a serial killer kills 20 people in 5 states, and 1 state charges him, convicts and kills him before the parents of the victims in the other states get their days in court.
