Maybe, but he certainly was in on the 1993 bombing-at least after the fact. So now do we make a deal with him so that he trades us what he knows (and can be proved) about his involvement with terrorism for a firing squad instead of the rope? He has said that he wants to be executed by firing squad and if he would be willing to make this deal it would undercut opposition to the war effort to a large degree.

I thought I heard them say on FOX that it could happen as soon as tomorrow, but within 30 days. Maybe I heard wrong though.
