Flying J, as mentioned above is a national chain of "travel plazas," a fancy name for truck stop.
I drive a lot and frequently stay overnight at Flying J. IMHO, of the national chains, Pilot, TA Travel Centers, etc., Flying J offers the best amenities and prices.

So if a private jet can get into and out of Denver.... why can't the commercial jets?

Those jets are now positioned in places they should not be because of the weather. It takes a few days and good weather to sort this out.

Private jets fly from a different airport, Centennial Airport, just south of Denver in Englewood. its an older, small airport that has been dealing with snow for many years. DIA was a disaster in construction, and i guess not well designed for this (sarc). The old airport, Stapleton, did not have the problems DIA has.

I will also say DIA is in BFE northwest of Denver on the open plains with nothing to stop the wind and snow except the buildings and planes.

Very cool of them! We spent a good chunk of $$$ at their stops driving across the country in September, so it's a relief to see them doing good works this Christmas.

Private jets fly from a different airport, Centennial Airport, just south of Denver in Englewood. its an older, small airport that has been dealing with snow for many years. While Centennial is one of the busiest, if not the busiest GA airport in the USA, it has no radar and experiences a number of problems during inclement weather. Having said that, comparing airfield maintenance between the two is, for all intents and purposes, a case of apples and oranges. Also, you failed to mention all the corporate GA ops from Jeffco.
The old airport, Stapleton, did not have the problems DIA has.
Hardly. You obviously didn't spend two days trying to get back to Stapleton during the '82 Christmas blizzard as I did. Flight ops were extremely restricted at Stapleton during inclement weather due to runway separation, or more appropriately the lack thereof.
I will also say DIA is in BFE northwest of Denver
Northeast.

The gas pump at my office/yard is an old Flying A pump, still has the curved Flying A glass insigneas on top.
It was used when we installed it 50 years ago.
