EU also wouldn't exits if it weren't for the US
There are times that I think we should just pull ALL our troops around the world out and say screw you
But I know it won't work and what the consequences of what that would be like
That's what the surrender monkeys are advocating now. If we do it,cut and run, it will stimulate more money and men flowing to the terrorists and the WOT will only grow larger and larger,if not now than later on after several more 911's.
Next time we will be liberating France and other European countries to dumb to fight for freedom.
We need to draw the proverbial line in the sand and let the terror types know, that no matter how long it takes, we will not be cutting and running. Anything less as you have already said becomes just another sign of weakness that the terror types will jump on instantly. One thing that continually surprises me is the similarity between the rats and the terror types. They both fight asymmetrical wars. The terror types come out, blow themselves and a few good guys up up, and go back into hiding. The dems sort of play the same game. Every once in a while they come out, advocate cutting and running, and when it doesn't work go back to hiding again. Both insurgents(dems and terrorists) think that time is on their side, after all they only need us to surrender "once" to win.
Are you still watching CNN? I have it muted since this half hour is devoted to those intellectual giants Bill Press and Rachael Maddow (sp?) of AirAmerica.
Exactly I think this shows where the President is on the issue
He has other meetings as well here is his schedule that Wolfstar posted on the dose last night.
""""
PRESIDENTIAL SCHEDULE: The President will be holding a series of high-level meetings on Iraq next week. He will go to the State Department Monday to meet with senior officials. Later that day, he'll host outside experts on Iraq at a session in the Oval Office. On Tuesday, the President will have a video conference with military commanders and the U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, Zalmay Khalilzad. Wednesday, he'll meet with senior Defense Department officials at the Pentagon, including outgoing Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld

yea, but it is a nice mental exercise...
NO question.
..... What we need actually is more killing of the bad guys and we don't seem to be willing to do that .....
I remember, sometime after 911, a retired military officer stated "I fear we are not ruthless enough to win this war".
I've always feared he would be right.
Absolutely
No idea whatsoever.
That's why I didn't even bother to laugh at the ones who were touting him around here. I figured they'd find out what a weak sister he is soon enough.
Juan's..."Pottery Barn ---- we broke it"."
Juan.............. shut up. Mara, save his sorry *ss.
I Know its sad.
I was going to switch, but stuck with it. As you can imagine Nadow(sp) and Press are spinning like crazy, on both the Foley issue and the ISG. Regarding the Foley story, at least Howie did make some valid points...how the media only reports the part about republican leadership and ignores the fact that the Ethics committee revealed that Rahm Emanual KNEW about the emails, and in fact, he was instrumental in getting the story to the press, instead of coming to the ethics committee with the Foley information. Both Press and Nadow made excuses for this action by the democrat and only criticized the republican.
Yes, :-).
There are those who would rather say 'I told you so' than win!
We need to stop bashing our own, and start criticizing the defeatist anti-American democrats.
You get to the doctor NOW. I had that last year and it took almost 6 months to completely recover from it.
LOL.....Juan wants to use the Klinton Dictionary??????? LOLOL.....oh my, I'll have to catch the re-run on that segment.
Plus, President want to prove to media that he respects Rumsfeld & he was NOT fired as they portray.
