Rangel is a senile old man. I graduated from West Point at the height of Viet Nam, served six years active, got a masters degree, went into industry, worked my way to the executive ranks and retired at 56. No one forced me to go - and oh by the way, there was a draft at the time I was draft age. Rangel is so out of touch with reality that it is shocking. I find it hard to believe that this ignorant POS will be a key leader of our Congress.
