We're going to revisit an old question, but give it a more holiday twist.

Since most of you will have Thanksgiving off and perhaps even Friday as well, here's our question:

What are the best movies for the holiday?

The best family movie that can be enjoyed by everyone?

The best thriller for those who need suspense?

The best comedy movie for those who need a laugh?

The best movie based on a real life person or event?

Was out in San Angelo, attending a service school. Our hours shifted weekly, 0600-1200, 1200-1800. Had the 0600 shift and strolled the couple hundred yards to our classroom secure building. A beautiful morning in West Texas, the stars shone bright...

During the morning, a Blue Norther rolled in. We could feel the change even inside secured spaces. Got cold......and by noon. we headed out into a deep freeze. The cold wind found every space, every pant leg,every neckline and chilled us to the bone.Back in the barracks, we blocked the door sills with blankets. We were in a Quonset hut structure and the humidity from breathing frosted the bulkheads on the inside.

But outside, it was still a beautiful day.
